Veggie Delight - Fried Masala Brinjal (Egg Plant)

My favorite dish.... A blast in the mouth....  
Stuffed Masala Brinjal
 
 
1. Small Brinjals
 
2. Oil fry Dhaniya, Jeera, Urad Dal, and Chana Dal, let them cool.
 
3. Roast Red Chillies and Curry Leaves. Then add dry tamarind and let it cool.
 
4. Now ground all the mixtures along with garlic and set aside.Add salt to taste.

5. Slit the Brinjals from the center and fry them in oil.
 
 6. Now stuff the Brinjals with the grounded masalas and they are ready to eat.
 
 7.Serve with white rice, any kind of Dal and Ghee.... njoi....
